Public Group Classes

Register for a 60/90 minute yoga class in a variety of yoga practices, from Hatha to Yin and Vinyasa to anatomy focused classes. Taught by certified Yoga Alliance teachers, classes are taught on a regular weekly basis. Class sizes are limited, pre-registration is required.

Special Events

Mohalu Wellness honors the changing of the seasons, holidays and special occasions with occasional events. Look for equinox and solstice celebrations, moon phase events and more throughout the year.

Meditation

Bring yourself back to center with a soothing, guided meditation session. Minimally paced with no exertion, our certified teachers offer poetry, stories and philosophy as you release the stressors of the world and find grounding through this spiritually and mentally restorative process. Meditation may include mala japa, chanting and incense. Look for this class offered in conjunction with moon phases, the changing of the seasons and as an occasional offering.

Private Individual Sessions

Whether you are looking to deepen your practice or build a foundation of yoga, private, one-on-one yoga sessions are designed with you and your lifestyle in mind. Lona will guide you on your journey through restorative, energizing, and strengthening practices as well as meditation and breath work. (Packages available for multiple, discounted sessions.)

Private Group Classes

Sometimes it’s just better with your hoaloha (your friends). Schedule a private group class for you and up to five of your favorite yogis. 60 minutes of vinyasa, yin, restorative, meditation or combination. (Packages available for multiple, discounted classes)

Mindfulness Coaching

Mohalu Wellness is committed to a whole health practice. With Lona as your certified mindfulness coach, you can map a path to a more mindful, peaceful future. Plan your second act, develop your health goals, build a deliberate road map for your life; whatever your goals, Lona can help you achieve it. Whether your goals are weeks, months or years in the making, mindfulness coaching can help in carefully mapping your plans. Mindfulness coaching is offered in four-week, 30 minute sessions and can be combined with private yoga.

    10 Class Pass: $120 ($12 a class)

    15 Class Pass: $150 ($10 a class)

    20 Class Pass: $180 ($9 a class)

  • One Yogi, Single Private Session: $50

    One Yogi, Private Session Packages: 4 sessions $180, 8 sessions $320

    Two Yogis, Private Session: $75

    Two Yogis, Private Session Package: (4 sessions) $280

    Private Group Yoga Sessions: 1 session $125, 4 sessions $425

    Mindfulness Coaching: 4 sessions, 30-minutes each, $200
